    Sexual Offenses Against Women

    Sending a messenger, engaging in conversation, being in an untimely place, touching the throat, hair, or hem of a garment, or the ear, nose, or hands, and sharing a seat or food—illicit contact is remembered as nine-fold. // K_829 //

    When a man forcibly has carnal enjoyment with women, he should be put to death, for that is a transgression of duty. // K_830 //

    A wanton woman who, afflicted by lust, herself makes advances, should be released by the king's order after being publicly proclaimed before the people. // K_831 //

    The instigator, the accomplice, the one who shows the way, the one who gives shelter, the one who gives a weapon, and the one who gives food to wrongdoers; // K_832 //

    the one who gives advice for the fight, the one who points out the way to their destruction, the one who is involved by connivance, and the one who approves of the evil speech; // K_833 //

    and he who, though able, does not forbid them—all are considered perpetrators of that act. One should fix a punishment for them according to their ability and role. // K_834 //
