There, the plaintiff should speak first, the defendant immediately after. At the end of their statements, the assessors, and after them, the Chief Judge. // K_121 //
He who has the greater grievance or the more significant case shall have the first plaint, not he who presents his case first. // K_122 //
He who has a greater financial or physical grievance, to him the right to be plaintiff should be given, not to him who presents his case first. // K_123 //
